Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๓ ประการ คือ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหาร จัดการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร ๒) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ๓) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารจัดการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method Research) ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิง ปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) จากแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Quantitative Research) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก(In- depth Interview) กับผู้ให้,ข้อมูลสำคัญ (key Informanth) เพื่อสนับสนุนเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูล ภาคสนาม (Field study) จากบุคลากรวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน ๑๖๘ คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด ๒๗๗ คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation : ร.อ.) ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่า (t-test) และค่า (F-test)การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way Anova) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ๑. บุคลากรวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์มีความคิดเห็นในประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้าน บุคลากรนิ=๓.๙๕) ด้านอาคารสถานที่(X = ๔'0๕) ด้านวิชาการ(X = ๔'0๕)ด้านงบประมาณ (X = ๓.๙๗) ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป (X = ร:.๑๘) ๒. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์มีความคิดเห็นในประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขต อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ การศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และรายได้ต่อเดือน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย ๓. ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะในประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการวิทยาลัย อาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ปัญหาที่พบคือ ด้านบุคลากรที่มีการ ลับเปลี่ยนบ่อยทำให้งานสอนและการบริการไม่ต่อเนื่อง ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ มีอย่างจำกัดให้ ใช้ตามความจำเป็นเท่านั้น ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางแก่ไข (๑)ควรปรับปรุงระบบบริหารและการ จัดการของวิทยาลัยให้เหมาะสม ทันสมัยและมีมาตรฐานสากล สอดคลองกับพระราชบัญญัติ การศึกษาแหงชาติ ใหม่การ'บริหาร'จัดการอย่างมีระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพในรูปของคณะกรรมการ เน้นการทำงานเป็นทีม (๒) ควรสนับสนุนด้านสวัสดิการ ปรับปรุงเงินเดือน คาตอบแทนและ สวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ตามความรู้ ความสามารถของบุคลากร ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคม เพื่อสามารถแข่งขันกับองค์กรภายนอกได้ รวมทั้งการพิจารณาความดีความชอบให้แก่ครูดีเด่น (๓) ควรจัดระบบนิเทศการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยใหม่ประสิทธิภาพจริงจังและสมํ่าเสมอ เพื่อปฏิบัติหนาที่ เชิงนิเทศทั้งระบบให้แก่บุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง (๔)ควรพัฒนานโยบายและแผนการความรวมมือจาก คณะกรรมการฝายตางๆ ของวิทยาลัย และจากองค์กรภายนอกสร้างระบบเครือขาย (๕) ควร ปรับปรุงซ้อมแซมอาคารสถานที่ รวมทั้งเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมที่มีอยู่ แล้วให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์อย่างคุมคามากที่สุด (๖) ควรปฏิรูปการเรียนรูที่เน้นผู้เรียนสำคัญที่สุด ให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และเน้นการนำผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมาพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
