Abstract:
The objective of the study was to evaluate of Vocational Certification Program in Marketing of Non - Formal and Informal Education, Muang Suratthani District using the CIPP Model in 4 aspects: context, input, process, and output. The research population consisted of administrators, teachers, and agency of establishment in Muang Suratthani and students of vocational certification in marketing of 2017 academic year in total 68 populations. The tools were used in the study include 1) interview form of the administrators 2) interview form of the agency of establishment in Muang Suratthani 3) questionnaire for the teachers and which was couched at the reliability level of 0.97 3) questionnaire for the students and which was couched at the reliability level of 0.97 5) questionnaire for the agency of establishment in Muang Suratthani and which was couched at the reliability level of 0.92 6) Record form of the result of learning achievement of the students and has an IOC value of 0.6 - 1.0 Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The results of the study as a whole in context is high level and the opinion of the school administrators and agency of establishment in Muang Suratthani toward curriculum is suitable input and process is high level and the opinion of the school administrators toward curriculum is suitable. The achievement of the students in the vocational certificate program in marketing content standards is under criteria of the Office of the Basic Education Commission and the assessment desirable characteristic is above criteria.
