Abstract:
The study of Satisfaction studies on the Welfare for Personnel at the Department of Civil Aviation is to study and compare the satisfactory level of officers from the department of civil aviation on welfare management with the sample of 677 persons chosen by level ran-dom sampling. The mechanism used in this study are questionnaires, data analysis; statistic, percentage, average mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis experiment on statistic by t-test, F-test and Welch and pairing test by LSD and Games-Howell. This study finds the satisfactory on welfare management on 7 factors is in mid-level in which taking consideration of welfare management of each factor to arrange from maximum to minimum finds factor of govern-mental accommodation has the highest average mean, then factor of oth-ers(general supporting funds) has the middle average mean and factor of restaurant has the lowest average mean. The comparative result of satisfactory finds the difference of gender has the same result of satisfactory, but age, years of employment, marital status and personnel hiring status, has the different overall satisfactory. In addition, taking consideration on each factor finds; the different gender has the same level of satisfactory on govern-mental accommodation, temporary accommodation, restaurants and oth-ers(shuttle service transportation), but it has different level of satisfactory on others(mortgage service) and others(general supporting funds) the different age and years of employment has level of satisfactory on welfare management different from each other for all factors. the different marital status has the same level of satisfactory on governmental accommodation, temporary accommodation and oth-ers(shuttle service transportation), but it has different level of satisfactory on restaurant, sport and ecreation, others(mortgage service), and oth-ers(general supporting funds). the different personnel hiring status has the same level of satisfac-tory on others(general supporting funds), but it has different level of satis-factory on government accommodation, temporary ccommodation, oth-ers(shuttle service transportation), restaurant, and sport and recreation. The result of comparative pairing test by LSD and Games-Howell finds officers who have different years of employment and marital status, have different result of the overall level of satisfactory, while the different personnel hiring status has the same level of satisfactory.
