Abstract: วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดตั้งเขตส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลางขึ้น ที่จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงความเหมาะสมของสถานที่จัดตั้งและดำเนินการจัดตั้งเขตส่งเสริมฯ ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษาทำให้ทราบว่า เขตส่งเสริมฯจะอยู่ในความรับผิดชอบและดำเนินการจัดตั้งโดย “คณะกรรมการเขตส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งปัตตานี” เงินลงทุนตามโครงการนี้เป็นงบประมาณแผ่นดินจำนวน 200 ล้านบาท (ราคาปี 2526) การก่อสร้างใช้เวลา 2 ปี และเริ่มดำเนินการได้ในปี 2528 โครงการนี้จำเป็นต้องใช้สาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ ดังนี้คือ – น้ำประปา 3,000 ม³/วัน จาก กองการประปา เทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี, –ไฟฟ้า 48,219 KW. จาก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย, –โทรศัพท์ 368 เลขหมาย, –ระบบระบายน้ำ 5,950 ม³/วัน ประเภทอุตสาหกรรมที่มีลู่ทางการลงทุนในเขตส่งเสริมฯ (พื้นที่สำหรับกิจการอุตสาหกรรม 627.98 ไร่) – สิ่งทอ, - ผลิตภัณฑ์จากไม้และไม้คอร์ด, -ผลิตภัณฑ์เคมี, -ยางและผลิตภัณฑ์จากยาง, -ผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติก, -ผลิตภัณฑ์จากแร่อโลหะ, -ผลิตภัณฑ์จากแร่โลหะ, -เครื่องจักรกล, -เครื่องบริภัณฑ์ขนส่ง, -อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม, อื่นๆ อัตราผลตอบแทนทางสังคมของโครงการเท่ากับร้อยละ 46.32 ต่อปี อัตราผลตอบแทนการลงทุนทั้งสิ้นของโครงการเท่ากับร้อยละ 6.29 ต่อปี ผลประโยชน์ตอบแทนจากโครงการนี้สูงพอสมควรและพอสรุปได้ว่าโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่น่าสนใจ เหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินการเพื่อพัฒนาภูมิภาคแถบนี้

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the feasibility of medium industrial promotion region establishment at Pattani province. Area of study covered the location suitable and how to establish the promotion region. The result show that the sponsor of this project is “Committee of Industrial Promotion Region of Pattani” and the total investment of this project is about 200 million baht (1983 price) from fiscal budgetary. The construction period is approximate 2 years and invuguration in 1985. The others facility require from this project are ; -water supply : 3,000 m³/day. Supply by Pattani Provincial water works. –Electricity : 48,219 KW. Supply by Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. –Telephone : PBX 368 circuits. – Sewage system : 5,950 m³/day. Type of the candidate industries; (Industrial Area 627.98 Rai) –Textiles, -Wood Products & Cork Products, -Chemical Products, -Rubber & Rubber Products, -Plastic Products, -Non-Metal Mincrals Products, -Basic Metal, - Machinery, -Transportation Equipments, -Food & Beverage. Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) equals 46.32% per year. Internal Rate of Returnon investment (IRR) equals 6.29% per year. These figures show that this project is an attractive one for develop this region, and it can reach the conclusion that this project is suitable and feasible.
