Abstract:
This research aims to 1) Study for usage condition social network on YouTube.com of Associate degree students of community college in five southern border provinces. 2) Study level of behavior for using social network on YouTube.com of Associate degree students of community college in five southern border provinces 3) To compare social network on YouTube.com usage behavior by considering personal factors and usage condition social network on YouTube.com for Associate degree students. And 4) Find out relation between environment factor family, friends, and school- and behavior for using social network on YouTube.com of Associate degree students of community college in five southern border provinces. A sample was
selected from 375 Associate degree students of community college in five southern border provinces. Instrument was used in research following by Questionnaires. Data were analyzed by computer program that results of analyzing following by percentage, average, standard deviation,
comparing percentage of 2 groups of sample: T-test, analysis of Variance: One way ANOVA and Pearson product moment Correlation.
The results of the study were as follows
1. Most of the students used social network on YouTube.com from their house, had been using them for more 5 years, used them 2-4 times a week and for less 30 minute each time, used them from 6 p.m. - 12 a.m. and used them for entertainment. And for reason to use because it is easy to use.
2. The level of the behavior level for using social network on YouTube.com of Associate degree students of community college in five southern provinces is high.
3. The comparison of the social network on YouTube.com usage behavior of Associate degree students of community college in five southern border provinces which classifying by gender, age, majors, student ,s level GPA, occupation and income are not different but the institute was different was social network on YouTube.com usage behavior and usage condition social network on YouTube.com at .05 statistical significance.
4. Analysis result of relation between environment factors for using social network on YouTube.com and the behavior for using social network on YouTube.com found that these environment factors have related with these behavior moderate ( r = .657) at .01 statistical significance.
