Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of school administrators
leadership in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to compare the level of school administrators leadership in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by gender, age, experience, and the size of the school and, 3) to compile the problems and suggestions on school administratorsleadership in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.The samples were 130 teachers in Thungyangdaeng District schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The questionnaire was used as the tool of the study. Data was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (t-test), and test F (F-test). When there was significantly different, it would tested by using The Scheffe (Scheffe's Method).
The independent study results showed that:
1. The overall and individual aspects in the study showed that the level of the
school administrators leadership in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at the high level.
2. The comparison result of school administrators leadership in Thungyangdaeng
District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by gender, age,
experience, and the size of the school, found that the overall result was not difference.
3. The collected problems and suggestions result of school administrators
leadership in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area
Office 3 were as follow:
3.1 Problems with the leadership of school administrators in Thungyangdaeng
District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were that: 1) executives rarely provide teachers the opportunity to engage the community. Also, there is no the involvement of community with the school. 2) adminitrators will be centralized policy alone is not operating methods as their own and can not resolve the conflict.between teachers and 3) administrators lack of interaction with teachers and the community.
3.2 Suggestions on the leadership of school administrators in Thungyangdaeng District under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were that: 1) provides administrators with ideas on how to manage the new forms that are different than the original. 2) administrators resolve the problems in a systematic way and continuous, and 3) administrators increase their interaction with the teacher And the community.
