Abstract: การศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้า ชายแดน : กรณีศึกษาอำเภอเบตงจังหวัดยะลาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยภายนอกกับความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา 2) เพื่อพยากรณ์ปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมือง และกฎหมาย และด้านเทคโนโลยีมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับความคาดหวังจากผลกำไร ยอดขาย และความยั่งยืนในธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา 2) การพยากรณ์กำไรของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา กับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมายและด้านเทคโนโลยีแสดงให้เห็นว่า สัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 19.50 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนด้านกำไร คือ ด้าน เศรษฐกิจด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ14.695 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญอย่างสูงในระดับ .01 เปอร์เซ็นต์ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยสำคัญ มีอิทธิพลในการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถูกต้องสามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการพยากรณ์ สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังด้านกำไร คือ Y1 = (-.910) +.034ECO +.243CUL +.730POL 3) การพยากรณ์ยอดขายของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าชายแดนอำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา กับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านเศรษฐกิจด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมืองและกฎหมายและด้านเทคโนโลยีซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า สัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 7.90 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนด้านยอดขายคือด้านสังคม และวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวกเท่ากับ 14.653 ที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญอย่างสูงในระดับ .01 เปอร์เซ็นต์ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยสำคัญ มีอิทธิพลในการ พยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถูกต้องสามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อม ภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังด้านยอดขายคือ Y2 =.949+ .017CUL +.540POL 4) การพยากรณ์ความยั่งยืน ของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้า ชายแดนเบตงจังหวัดยะลากับตัวแปรปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการเมืองและ กฎหมาย และด้านเทคโนโลยีซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า สัมประสิทธิ์ R Square มีดัชนีความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 10.30 ในการพยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลตอบแทนความยั่งยืนในธุรกิจ คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และด้านการเมืองและกฎหมาย โดยมีค่า F เป็นค่าบวก เท่ากับ 11.434 ที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญอย่างสูงในระดับ .01 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ดังนั้น ตัวแปรอิสระจึงเป็นนัยสำคัญ มีอิทธิพลในการพยากรณ์ตัวแปรได้อย่างถูกต้องสามารถเขียนสมการถดถอยแสดงการ พยากรณ์สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังด้านความยั่งยืนธุรกิจคือ Y3 =1.179+ (-.084)ECO+ (-.057)CUL + .591POL

Abstract: The external environment and the expectations of border entrepreneurs: the case of Betong district, Yala province aimed to 1) study the relationship between external factors and expectations of border entrepreneurs of Betong district, Yala province, 2) forecast the external factors that influence the entrepreneurs development of border Betong district, Yala province, and 3) study the problems and suggestions of the border entrepreneurs of Betong district, Yala province. The results revealed were as follows: 1) The external factors including economic, social and cultural aspect, politics and law, and technology is positively correlated to the expectations of profitability, sales, and sustainability in the business of border entrepreneurs of Betong district, Yala province. 2) In case of the profit forecast of border entrepreneurs of Betong district, Yala province with external factors including economic, social and cultural aspect, politics and law, and technology, it shows that the R Square coefficient values a confidence index of 19.50. In forecasting an external environment that influences the Operating Profit Margin, it is socioeconomic and cultural and political and legal aspects. The F value is 14.695 at a significant level of .01 percent. Thus, the independent variables are significantly influential in forecasting the variables correctly. The regression analysis of the external environment that influencing the expectation of profit is Y1 = (-910) + .034ECO + .243CUL + .730POL. 3) In case of the sales forecast of border entrepreneurs of Betong district, Yala province with external factors including economic, social and cultural aspect, politics and law, and technology, it shows that the R Square coefficient values a confidence index of 7.90. In forecasting an external environment that influences the Operating Profit Margin, it is socioeconomic and cultural and political and legal aspects.
