The Effects of Learning Management by Using Six Thinking Hats Technique on Critical Thinking Skills Development of al-Hadith for Primary School Students, Year 6 at Bukit BakongSchool
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop and evaluate the efficiency of lesson
plansal-Hadith subject on neighbor and donation by Using Six Thinking HatsTechnique which set
at 80/80 affective criterion2) to compare analytical thinking skills before learning and after
learning by Using Six Thinking HatsTechnique3) to compare the students learning achievement
between before learning and after learning by Using Six Thinking HatsTechnique. The target
group comprised of 30 students who are studying in Primary School Students Year 6 at Bukit
Bakong School during the second semester of the 2015 academic year, selected by means of
cluster sampling from the population of 60 students of year 6 Primary School Students. The
instruments of this study included lessonplans based on Six Thinking Hats Technique, analytical
thinking skills test, and al-Hadith achievement test. The data were analyzed by using the
efficiency standard set at 80/80, mean, percentage, standard deviations and t-test (dependent test).
The research finding was as follows
1. The efficiency of the lesson plans on neighbor and donation by Using Six Thinking
Hats Technique of al-Hadith subject for year 6 primary school was E1
=81.86/E2
=81.52.
2. The analytical thinking skills in al-Hadith subject Using Six Thinking Hats
Technique after learning was higher than before learning which was considered statistically
significant atthe .01 level.
