Abstract:
The objectives of this independent study were 1) to study the level of
Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to compare the Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by position, teaching experience, and school size, and 3) to compile suggestions in Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.
The samples were 278 teachers taken into the stude by random sampling and using Krejcie and Morgan table. The instrument used in collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics utilized in this study were percentage, mean, standard derivation, F-test, and Scheffes Method.
The independent study finding was follows:
1. The overall level of Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level.
2. The comparison results of the Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, clarified by teaching experiences, were not different. However, in case of position and school size were significantly different .05.
3. The compilation of suggestions in Academic Administration of Basic Education Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was that teachers should have engaged and participated with the community. Also, the administrator should support teachers for applying research for development and problems solving in the classroom. Moreover, administrator should continuously develop and improve the quality assurance system and education standards development
