Abstract:
By mean of column chromatography, three isoquinoline alkaloids of the protoberberine type were isolated from the tubers of Phanang Nang stuphanta Qtabha. (Roxb.) Miers. The physical and chemical properties of those alkaloids have shown that they are 1-capaurine, 1-tetrahydropalmatine and 1-xylopinine.

โดยการใช้กรรมวิธีทางสดมภ์รงคเลข ทำให้สามารถแยกอัลคาลอยด์ในกลุ่ม isoquinoline กลุ่มย่อย protoberberine ได้ 3 ชนิดจากหัวของพนังนั่ง [stephania glaba (Roxb.) Miers ] คุณสมบัติทางกายภาพและเคมีได้แสดงให้เห็นว่าอัลคาลอยด์เหล่านี้ได้แก่ 1-capaurine, 1-tetrahydropalmatine และ 1-xylopinine
