Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study core competencies that affect the proficiency of staff support Rajamanagala University of Technology Isan. The sample of the study comprised 308 the staff support Rajamanaga University of Technology Isan. The data collected by questionnaire survey Descriptive data analysis which are mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient was applied to analyze demographic profile of the sample. The hypotheses were test by multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the opinion core competency overall was at the highest level. The performance effectiveness was also at the highest level. The results hypotheses in addition core competency has significant effect on the performance effectiveness on the same consist of achievement motivation, expertise, integrity and teamwork at statistical significance of 0.05.
