The relationships between perception of organization climate and learning organization in Khlong ha subdistrict administrative organization, Pathum Thani province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the perception level in organization climate of personnel in Khlong ha Subdistrict Administrative Organization (2) to study the perception level in learning organization of personnel in Khlong ha Subdistrict Administrative Organization (3) to compare the perception level to ward learning organization classified by personal factors and (4) to compare the relationships between the perception of organization climate and learning organization in Khlong ha Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The samples used were 113 respondents selected from 157 people of population which followed by Taro Yamanes formula at the error level of 0.05. The tools used to collect data was a questionnaire with a reliability level of 0.9696 and .9674 in the aspect of organization climate and learning organization respectively. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage , mean , standard deviation, t-test and F-test with Post Hoc Comparison BY Scheffe method and correlation coefficient. The findings were as follow: (1) The majority of samples were female (64.60 %), age 31-40 years old (54.90 %), marital status (69.00 %), bachelor degree (72.60 %), work experience 1-5 years (49.60 %), and worked in the Office of the Chief Administrator (24.80 %). (2) The perception level in organization climate of personnel founded that they viewed as a whole and each aspect at a high level, which ranking from the highest mean were the organization structure, the conflict acceptance and the responsibility respectively. (3) The perception level in learning organization of personnel founded that they viewed as a whole and each aspect at a high level, which ranking from the highest mean were the excellence of personnel, the way of thinking and team learning, shared vision and systematic thinking respectively.(4) The personal factors such as gender as a whole and each aspect had no difference in the perception of learning organization, except for the excellence of personnel had a significant relationship at a level of .05. When classified by age, marital status and work experience as a whole and each aspect had no difference. When classified by division of work as a whole and each aspect had a significant relationship at a level of .05.(5) The correlation analysis founded that as a whole the organization climate had a positive moderate correlated with the learning organization at a significant level of .05 in the aspect of changing, reward, unity, conflict acceptance, standard of procedure, support and responsibility, except for the organization structure had a positive low correlated at a significant level of .05.
