Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the Work Life Quality of Military Officers in Phetchaburi Province. The objectives of this research will be stated as follows: 1.) To study the quality of work life of the Military Officers in Phetchaburi Province 2.) To study the factors of their quality of work life. 3.) To examine the correlation between internal environments, external environments and quality of working life of the Military Officers in Phetchaburi Province. The sample consisted of 264 Military Officers in Phetchaburi Province. The research instruments were the interview and the questionnaire. The hypothesis are as follows: 1.) The different of personal factors gave some different quality of working life. 2.) The internal environments related to the quality of working life. 3.) The external environments related to the quality of working life. The results of the study are as follows: 1.) The internal environments, the external environments and the quality of working life of the Military Officers were at the middle level. 2.) The different of personal factors including age, period of employment and military camp gave some different quality of working life. However, the different personal factors, including gender, level of education, income and position did not affect the quality of working life. There were significance at 0.05 level 3.) The internal environments were positive and significantly related at the quite high level to the quality of working life, at the 0.01 level. 4.) The external environments were positive and significantly related at the middle level to the quality of working life, at the 0.01 level.
