Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to study of prevalence of depression and related factors to depression in the adolescences with conduct. The subjects were three hundred adolescences with conduct in the central delinquent home. In Karuna Home was one hundred and fifty adolescences, Metta Home was ninety adolescences, Pranee Home was thirty adolescences and Ubegka Home was thirty adolescences. Depression was labeled as depression or not by CES-D (Center of Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale) and the another test about psychosocial factors of depression. The finding of this study conclude that 1. The prevalence of depression in adolescences with conduct was 66.3 percent. 2. Factors that significant relationship with depression in adolescences with conduct were 2.1 Biological factors were mental illness of their father, their siblings at the .01 and their mother at the .05 2.2 Psychosocial factors were educational status, family incomes, the place where they stayed, the relationship between the adolescences with conduct with their parents and their siblings, their mental illness, their expectations about the future at the .01, the amount of time that was presented in the delinquent home by the judge and the method that family used when their members had a problem at the .05
