Abstract:
This survey research aimed to study leadership behavior of school administrators in the Busoong School Network, Wanghin district, the Sisaket Educational Service Area Office 1 in 2014 academic year, as perceived by 80 teachers, and compare their opinion classified by their gender and education level. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.77. The statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, mean (µ), and Standard Deviation ().
The results showed that
1. The academic leadership behaviors of the school administrators as perceived by the school teachers were at high level in all 3 aspects, as follows: the enhancement of teachers in profession, the instructional development, and the curriculum development, respectively.
2. Gender and education level had no influence on their opinion on the school administrators academic leadership behaviors.
