Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare student assistance system management at level 1-2 of schools under the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office, as perceived by school personnel, classified by position and school size. The samples of this research consisted 482 administrators and teachers by stratified random sampling. The tool of this research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA.
The results were as follows:
1. The student assistance system management at level 1-2 at the schools under the Office of Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area was at a high level in every aspect.
2. Position had influence on their opinion on the student assistance system management of the schools under the Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office at .05 level of significance.
3. Size of school had no influence on their opinion on the student assistance system management of the schools.
