Abstract:
This research aims to improve the environment and building of Ban Fahaun school, in 3 aspects: the management of climate and environment, the interaction between staff,
the campaign and the environment. The research used 2 cycles of action research, each cycle includes planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The participants consisted of 13 school administrators and school board. The group consists of 126 chief information events: one chief of activity, 5 teachers, and 120 students were used to collect data such as interviews, observation, recording and evaluation. The execution and review the principles of multi-dimensional data validation and presenting research data.
The results showed that environment of Ban Fahaun school: before the development of the condition, lack of maintenance, both inside and outside the building; not clean, not beautiful material table, chair dilapidated not conducive to student learning. Thus, the strategy workshop, 5S and supervision of the implementation of the development environment and facilities, which result from the environment both inside and outside the building. The first round of the joint research and the information has been developed by providing a better understanding, skills and attitude towards the environment and building the research group found. Have a deep understanding on the development of environment and buildings and have a positive attitude towards the environment and the building, the policies and the goal of common development, understanding recognizes an importance and a value of developing common development environment that affect good reaction between the students and teachers, students with students, students with materials, and students with learning environment. We continue to develop in the second round, the performance on environment and building development found good environment, clean, atmosphere conducive to learning. Teachers are friendly with the students. Provided the knowledge for the students to meet and discuss together. Students are bound workload is assigned, eager to learn, exploring things in the room, sorting things more than necessary to put clear labels, a duty maintenance check responsible for equipment, make clean both inside and outside the cabinet room table, chairs, and blackboards and painted boards activity development environment. There is better interaction between the students and teacher, students with students, students with learning materials, and students with the environment. A behavioral indicator as a measure of success, given a high level and everyone involved in the operation.
In summary, the environment and building development of Ban Fahaun school from the school premises could make students eager to learn, take pride in their work, enjoyed learning and working environment in a beautiful school. To raise awareness of the importance of developing the environment and building together to develop further. Therefore, it should raise awareness and consciousness of the environment and building always clean and beautiful.
