Abstract:
This research aimed to study the school administrators characteristic effecting internal supervision of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17, Trat province. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used as a research tool. Samples included 214 secondary school teachers under a jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17, Trad province. The statistics used in the data analysis are mean, and Standard Deviation.
Results revealed that the teachers opinion on the school administrators characteristics effecting internal supervision of the schools under a jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17, Trad province are as follows: the aspect of vision at the highest level, the other 4 aspects at high level: the aspects of creative working with other, administrators personality, administration understanding, and administrators ethics, respectively.
