Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study and compare teachers satisfaction to information and communication technology management of schools under Chanthaburi Municipality by gender, education background, and work experience, also to study the suggestions in the development of information and communication technology management of the schools. The samples consisted 113 teachers from Chanthaburi Municipality School 1 of 73 members, and from Chanthaburi Municipality School 2 of 40. The study instrument for collecting the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test.
The study findings were as follows:
1. Satisfaction of the teachers to information and communication technology management of the schools under Chanthaburi Municipality was found at a high level in every aspect: an instructional aspect, management aspect, and infrastructure aspect, respectively.
2. Comparing results found that male and female teachers had differently satisfaction at .05 level of significance, but had no significantly difference when classified by their education level and work experience.
3. Their suggestions on the information and communication technology management were that the service information should be updated, should have officer(s) fill data, and install quality WIFI thoroughly.
