People s Satisfaction to Management of the local Government Organization: a Case study of Lamsai sub-district, Wangnoi district, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya province
Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the people's satisfaction with a management of LamSai Sub-district Administrative Organization, WangNoi district, Ayutthaya province. Samples consisted of 370 persons aged 20 years and over by using questionnaire about people's satisfaction with the administration of the LamSai sub-district, WangNoi district, Ayutthaya province, in 6 aspects: a basic infrastructure, a promotion of quality of life,
a community organizing and maintaining social order, planning for tourism promotion, management and conservation of natural resources and environment, and the local culture and tradition. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and LSD. The questionnaire was brought to trial with the experimental group of 30 people to find the correlation coefficient alpha by means of Cronbach's reliability of satisfaction which had a reliability of 0.923.
The results revealed that:
Male and female people had satisfaction with the management of LamSai sub-district, WangNoi district, Ayutthaya province significantly difference at .05 level in an overall in the aspects of infrastructure promotion of quality of life, planning for promoted tourism, management and conservation of natural resources and the environment, and local culture and tradition. Age, education level, occupation, and monthly income had no influence on their satisfaction.
