The Affecting factors toward core Competency of the Provincial Electricity authority: a Case study of the Provincial Electricity authority Headquarters
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the affecting factors toward core competency of the provincial electricity authority: a case study of the Provincial Electricity Authority Headquarters. The study was conducted on 187 samples. Checklist and a rating scale questionnaire was used as an instrument for the research. By using SPSS Program, the data were analyzed to obtain frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, Inferential value of the Independent t-test and One-way ANOVA at .05 level of significance.
Personal demographic factor analysis showed that the majority are female, aged 31-40 years, Bachelors degree graduation with the analysis assumes personal factors had differently opinions on core competencies of the Provincial Electricity Authority of difference found that respondents with their personal different levels on the core competencies of the provincial electricity authority in this difference was statistically significant at .05 level.
For the results of the research could lead to a recommendation to the Provincial Electricity Authority to guide the management of human resources, which will benefit greatly in the development of training courses to enhance their knowledge and the ability of employees to work, also to bring organizations together to meet goals.
