Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาบ้า 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันปราบปรามยาบ้า 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมขององค์กรกับระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาบ้าของเจ้าที่ตำรวจ สังกัดกองบังคับการนครบาล 5 ประชากรคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและปราบปราม สังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 5 จำนวน 3,165 นาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและปราบปราม สังกัด กองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 5 จำนวน 355 นาย ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทีเทส เอฟเทสและเพียร์สัน คอริเลชชั่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชายทั้งหมด ร้อยละ 100 อายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปีร้อยละ 47.32 สถานภาพสมรสโสด ร้อยละ 72.39 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 47.61 ระดับชั้นยศ ส.ต.ต.-ส.ต.อ. มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 38.03 ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุราชการ ตํ่ากว่า 6 ปี ร้อยละ 43.10 และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001-15,000 บาท ร้อยละ 51.27, 2) ความพร้อมขององค์กร พบว่า ในภาพรวม องค์กรมีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาบ้าของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 5 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) เปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันปราบปรามยาบ้าของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 5 พบว่า โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ระดับชั้นยศ อายุราชการ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่า ในภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน และ 5) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมขององค์กรกับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาบ้าของเจ้าที่ตำรวจ สังกัดกองบังคับการนครบาล 5 พบว่า ในภาพรวมความพร้อมขององค์กรส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาบ้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract: This research were aims to study about 1) problem and obstacle towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine 2) comparing about level of problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine 3) relationship between the capacity of organization ,and problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine, particularly in police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 5. Population of this research was from 3165 police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 5 that be responsibility to preventing and suppression of narcotics and in this population was selected to be the sample of this research for 355 police officers. Frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and Pearson correlation was the data analysis methods. The results were showed as follow: 1) personal factors of the sample such as: the entire sample was male (100%), most of the sample was 20-25 years old (47.32%), single status (72.39%), graduated in bachelor degree (47.61%), police ranking was between police lance corporal (L/Cpl) to police sergeant (Sgt) (38.03%), period of serving was under than 6 years (51.27%), and average revenue was about 10,001-15,000 baths 2) about the capacity of organization, in overall was showed at moderate level 3) about problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine, particularly in police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 5, in overall was showed at moderate level 4) comparing about level of problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine, particularly in police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 5 realized in different factors such as age, marital status, police ranking, educational level, and average revenue was no different, and 5) relationship between the capacity of organization ,and problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine, particularly in police officers of Metropolitan Police Division 5, in overall was showed that relationship between the capacity of organization ,and the problem and obstacle level towards preventing and suppression of amphetamine had significantly different at .01.
