Abstract:
This research objective was to study The Organizational Employees Commitment of Green Wings Marketing Corporation, Chiang rai province. The research tool was questionnaire. Data was collected from employees of 47 branches totaled 400 samples. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics tools namely Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The statistical tools were used to analyze general personal information such as gender, age, education level, monthly income, and job position. The result found that most employee participated in this questionnaire are female. Most participants are age between 31-40 years with level of education on Bachelors degree. Most employees place importance on factors that affect quality of work life overall at high level in all aspect. When consider each aspect, it was found that employees place importance on the corporate statue, the balance between life and work, the secure environment, and health promotion. Group of employees ranked equal average on progress and stability in job and social relationship, and development of capability, adequate and fair compensation respectively.
