Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนจากการทอ เสื่อกกผลตอบแทนจากการทอเสื่อกกและวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและ ผลตอบแทนจากการทอเสื่อกกของกลุ่มสตรีในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลทุ่งวัง อำเภอสตึกจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มสตรีบ้าน หนองเกาะน้อยตำบลทุ่งวัง อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน88คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึกและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนองเกาะน้อย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 94.32 อายุ 41-45 ปีร้อยละ 21.59 ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา (ป.6) ร้อยละ 61.36 และ ประสบการณ์การทอเสื่อกกส่วนใหญ่9 ปีขึ้นไป ร้อยละ37.502) จากการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) กับกลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนอง เกาะน้อยที่ทำการทอเสื่อกกเกี่ยวกับเสื่อกกที่ได้จากการทอ พบว่า ในการทอเสื่อกกชุมชนบ้านหนองเกาะน้อยจะมีการทอ เสื่อกกแยกตามครัวเรือน แต่รูปแบบในการขายจะมีการขาย แบบรวมกลุ่มโดยจะทอเสื่อกกเป็นลวดลายเช่น เสื่อกกลายขิด เสื่อกกขิดลายหมี่เสื่อกกลายพันเกลียวหลังจากนั้นกลุ่มที่ทอเสื่อกก จะนำเสื่อกกที่ทอได้จำ หน่ายให้กับกลุ่มแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จาก เสื่อกก หรือทำ การแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เอง โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ได้จากการแปรรูปเสื่อกก เช่น เสื่อพับ ที่รองจานพันเกลียว กระเป๋าถือพันเกลียว แผ่นรองแก้วจากกก และเบาะลายขิด เป็นต้น 3) กลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนองเกาะน้อยมีจำ นวนต้นทุนรวม จากการทอเสื่อกกจากจำนวนเสื่อกกที่ทอตลอดปี31,900 ผืน มีต้นทุนรวมทั้งสิ้น 6,261,651 บาท ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนผลิต 5,846,951 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำ เนินงาน 414,700 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาจากผู้ที่ทอเสื่อกก88คน พบว่ากลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนอง เกาะน้อยมีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยจากการทอเสื่อกก/ผืน 196.29 บาท แยก ได้ดังนี้ต้นทุนผลิต183.29 บาท/ผืน และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำ เนิน งาน 13 บาท/ผืน 4)กลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนองเกาะน้อยมีปริมาณการ ทอเสื่อกกตลอดทั้งปี31,900 ผืน และรายได้จากการขาย/ปี 11,165,000 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาจากผู้ที่ทอเสื่อกก 88 คน โดย เฉลี่ยเสื่อกกที่ทอได้/คน/ปี363 ผืน รายได้จากการขาย/คน/ปี 126,875 บาท และราคาขาย/ผืน 350 บาทและ5)กลุ่มสตรีบ้าน หนองเกาะน้อยมีรายได้จากการขายเสื่อกก/ปี11,165,000 บาท และมีต้นทุนรวมรวม/ปี6,261,651 บาท แยกเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายได้ ดังนี้5.1)ต้นทุนผลิต5,846,951 บาท ประกอบด้วยค่าวัตถุดิบ 4,047,791 บาท ค่าแรงงาน 1,595,000 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายใน การผลิต 204,160 บาท และ 5.2) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำ เนินงาน 414,700 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาจากจำนวนผู้ที่ทอเสื่อกก 88 คน พบว่า กลุ่มสตรีบ้านหนองเกาะน้อยมีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยจากการทอเสื่อกก/ผืน 196.29 บาท แยกเป็นค่าวัตถุดิบเฉลี่ย/ผืน 126.89 บาท ค่าแรง งานเฉลี่ย/ผืน 50 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิตเฉลี่ย/ผืน 6.40 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานเฉลี่ย/ผืน 13 บาท ส่งผลให้ กลุ่มสตรีมีผลการดำเนินงานเป็นกำ ไรสุทธิ4,903,349 บาท คิดเป็นอัตรากำไรสุทธิร้อยละ 43.92

Abstract: Thisresearchaimed tostudythecostof weaving reed mats, the return on weaving reed mats, and analyzethecostand thereturnon weaving reed mats of Woman Group in Thung Wang Sub - District, Satuk District,Buriram Province. Data was collected from 88 people in Women Group of Baan NongKohNoi, Thung Wang Sub - district, Satuk District, Buriram Province. Thetoolsused tocollect informationincluding depth interview guideline and statistical methods used to analyze data were percentage. The results revealed that 1) Women Group of Baan NongKohNoi were mostly female of 94.32 percent, average aged 41-45 of 21.59 percent, primary education level (Prathom 6) of 61.36 percent and 9-year experience in weaving reed mats of 37.50 percent. 2) From the focus group discussion with Ban NongKoNoi Woman Groupwho woven reed mats, it was found that in reed mats of Ban NongKoNoi had reed mats by households but sales patterns were grouped sales. The woven reed mats were made in patterns such as Khit reed mats, MeeKhit mats, and twisted mats. After that, the reed mats were sold toreed mats group or processed into products by themselves. The products derived from the processingof reedmats werefoldedmaps, twisted plate mats, the twisted handbags, the twisted glass mats and Khit cushions. 3)Ban NongKohNoi Women’s Group had the total cost of re-woven mats from 31,900 reed weaving mats totaling 6,261,651 baht, consisted of production cost of 5,846,951 baht and operating expenses of 414,700 baht, considering from the 88 people who wove reed mats, the average cost of reed mats/piece of 196.29 baht, was d 183.29 baht /piece and operating cost was 13 baht/piece. The production cost was 183.29 baht/pieceand theoperating cost was13 baht/piece. 4) Ban NongKohNoi Women’s Group had a total of 31,900 reed mats throughout a year and 11,165,000 baht in sales revenue per year, considering from 88 people who wove reed mats, an average, 363 reed weaves per person peryear,salesrevenue/ person/year 126,875 baht and selling price 350 baht/piece and 5) Ban NongKohNoi Women’s Group had a revenue of 11,165,000 baht for reed mats/year and a total cost of6,261,651 baht per year, as follows:5.1)Production cost was of 5,846,951 baht, consisting of 4,047,791 baht, labor cost of 1,595,000 baht and Production cost of 204,160 baht, cost of production is 5,846,951 baht, consisted of 4,047,791 baht of raw materials, 1,595,000 bahtof laborand 204,160 bahtof production expenses and 5.2) Cost of operation was 414,700 baht,considering thenumberof88 people who wove reed mats, it was found thatBan NongKohNoi Woman Group had the average cost of weaving mats/trash 196.29 baht, which were divided to raw materials of an average 126.89 baht, Average labor cost/piece 50 baht, average cost of production/trades 6.40 baht and average operating cost/baht 13 baht, average cost of production/ 6.40 baht a piece. The average operating cost was 13 baht, as a result, in a net profit of 4,903,349 baht, or a net profit margin of 43.92 percent.
