Abstract: ปัจจัยการบริหารสถานศึกษามีความสำคัญต่อคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียน ซึ่งเมื่อดำเนินการบริหารจัดการจะทำให้คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนดียิ่งขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจที่จะทาการวิจัยเรื่องนี้โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยการบริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับอาเซียนของสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียน 3) ปัจจัยการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์เขต 1 จำนวน 387 คน คำนวณโดยใช้ตารางของเครซซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยการบริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับอาเซียนของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยดังนี้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับอาเซียน การนิเทศภายใน การติดตามและประเมินผล การจัดกิจกรรมสัมพันธ์และการบริหารจัดการตามลำดับ 2. คุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ ด้านเจตคติและด้านทักษะ/กระบวนการ-ตามลำดับ 3. ปัจจัยการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ การจัดการเรียนรู้ การติดตามและประเมินผล การบริหารจัดการ การนิเทศภายใน การจัดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับอาเซียนและการจัดกิจกรรมสัมพันธ์-ตามลำดับ โดยมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนาย-คิดเป็นร้อยละ-83.70 และค่าประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายที่ปรับแล้วคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.40 ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนมากที่สุด-ดังนั้นสถานศึกษาจึงควรส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมและการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับอาเซียนให้กับนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในประชาคมอาเซียนในด้านกระบวนการและด้านเจตคติเพิ่มขึ้น The administrative factors in schools are important characteristics of students in ASEAN, which make the characteristics of the students in the ASEAN community to be better. Therefore researcher were interested in this researching. Its purposes were to study : 1) the level of the administrative factors in schools with ASEAN community of schools, 2) the level of the characteristics of the students of in ASEAN community of schools, and 3) the administrative factors in schools affecting the characteristics of the students of in ASEAN community of schools under the office Prachuapkhirikhan primary education service area 1. The samples used in this research were 387 respondents consisting of administrators and teachers under the office Prachuapkhirikhan primary education service area 1. The samples were informants using sampling techniques based on the formula of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument was the questionnaire of the rating scale in 5 levels with reliability 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The administrative factors in schools with ASEAN community in all aspects were overall at the high level. The aspects of competency could be ranked in descending order of their average as the followings: knowledge, the activities of the ASEAN, supervision, monitoring and evaluate, group activities relationship, management, respectively. 2. The characteristics of the students in the ASEAN community of schools in all aspects were overall at the high level. The aspects of competency could be ranked in descending order of their average means as the followings: the characteristics of knowledge, the characteristics of attitudes, skills/processes, respectively. 3. The administrative factors in schools affecting the characteristics of the students of in ASEAN community of schools were knowledge, monitoring and evaluate, management respectively, supervision, the activities of the ASEAN community, group activities relationship. The predictive efficiency was 83.70 percent and the predictive efficiency adjusted was 83.40 percent. It was found from the research findings knowledge is the factors that most affecting the characteristics of the หtudents of in ASEAN community. Therefore, the schools should support the activities and knowledge about ASEAN to students regularly for encouraging the characteristics of the students in the ASEAN community in processes and attitudes add up.
