Abstract:
This study attempts to study 1) personal factors affecting loyalty of students' parents in Thanaporn School; 2) service quality factors affecting loyalty of students' parents in Thanaporn School; and 3) customer experience management factors affecting loyalty of students' parents in Thanaporn School. Subjects in this study were 259 students' parents in Thanaporn School. Questionnaire was used to collect the data and then the data were analyzed usingSPSS for Window program for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA F-test and Multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that the majority of the subjects were females, were between 20 and 30 years old, obtained bachelor degree, were self-employed/ private company employees. It was found from testing hypothesis that 1) personal factors did not impact on students' parents in Thanaporn School at the statistics significant level of 0.05; 2) service quality had an influence on loyalty of students' parents in Thanaporn School at the statistics significant level of 0.05; and 3) customer experience management had an influence on loyalty of students' parents in Thanaporn School at the statistics significant level of 0.05.
