Abstract:
This research aimed to develop
a model of educational management to
improve the quality of students in small
schools under Kalasin primary educational
service area office 3 by carrying out research
into four phases: Phase 1, study current
issues and problem approaches in educational
management and expert seminars. Phase 2,
creating a model based on the composition
and the validity of the content by conformity
assessment 5 experts. Phase 3, Construction
of assessment form for feasibility and benefits
15 by experts. Phase 4, verifying the model
in real situations, using 60 highly qualified
experts. The research findings revealed that
Management model to improve quality of
education of students in small schools was
as follows: 1) principles consistent with the
problems, needs and context of the school.
Using the principles taught by engaging the
learners. Principles of Self-Reliance and the
development of a school of learning ;
2) focus on the aim to be the good, best and
happy student; 3) the school has operated
mechanism, with emphasis on the cooperation
of those involved and the school as a
learning organization; 4) using procedure of
development of students by preparing the
stakeholders to cooperate and holistic
management to develop competency of
stakeholders to cooperate, holistic management
of development of teacher competencies to
focus on learner based learning and the use
of technology for learning and self-study.
There are learning centers in and outside the
school environment conducive to learning.
