การวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่ป่าไม้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลหนองเต็ง อำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสำรวจและจำแนกพื้นที่ป่าไม้ และวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่ป่าไม้ ในเทศบาลตำบลหนองเต็ง อำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2545-2557 โดยใช้ภาพถ่ายทางอากาศ ปี พ.ศ. 2545 และภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมที่บันทึกใน ปี พ.ศ. 2550 และ 2557 มาจำแนกพื้นที่ป่าไม้ด้วยการแปลภาพด้วยสายตา และ วิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่ป่าไม้ในปี พ.ศ. 2545 ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2557 ด้วยระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เทคนิคการซ้อนทับ ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ในปี พ.ศ. 2545 2550 และ 2557 มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ 8.781 8.586 และ 7.985 ตารางกิโลเมตร ตาม ลำดับ โดยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545 – 2550 พื้นที่ป่าไม้ลดลง จำนวน 0.195 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 121.875 ไร่ ลดลงคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 2.21 เปลี่ยนไปเป็นพื้นที่ นาข้าว มากที่สุด คือ 0.095 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 59.376 ไร่ และปี พ.ศ. 2550-2557 พื้นที่ป่าไม้ยังคงลดลงอีก จำนวน 0.601 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 375.625 ไร่ ลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.00 ป่าไม้เปลี่ยนไปเป็น พื้นที่ ยางพารา มากที่สุด คือ 0.274 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 171.25 ไร่ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า พื้นที่ป่าไม้มีการเพิ่มขึ้น 0.057 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 35.625 ไร่ ซึ่งพื้นที่ดังกล่าว อยู่ในบริเวณป่าชุมชนบ้านจาน พื้นที่ป่าไม้มีแนวโน้มลดลง โดยเฉลี่ยปี ละ 0.039 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 24.375 ไร่ต่อปี ในช่วง พ.ศ. 2545-2557 และลดลงปีละ 0.086 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 53.75 ไร่ ต่อปี ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2550-2557 แสดงให้เห็นว่า อัตราการลดลงของพื้นที่ป่าไม้เพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จากการแผ้วถางเพื่อ ทำเป็นพื้นที่การเกษตร ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ถูกเปลี่ยนไปเป็นพื้นที่นาข้าวและยางพาราเป็นหลัก

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to survey and classify the forest area and study the forest area change in Nongteng Sub-district, Krasang District, Buriram Province during 2002–2014 by using aerial photography recorded in 2002 and satellite image detected in 2007 and 2014, to classify the forest area by visual interpretation method, and to analyze the forest area change in 2002–2014 using geographic information system by overlay data method. It was found that In 2002, 2007 and 2014 there were 8.781, 8.586 and 7.985 square kilometers respectively, during 2002– 2007 forest area decreased 0.195 square kilometers or 2.21 percent and changed to paddy field increased 0.095 square kilometers. During 2007–2014 forest area decreased 0.601 square kilometers or 7 percent and changed to rubber plantation increased 0.274 square kilometers. It was also found that forest area increased 0.057 square kilometers in Bancharn community forest. Forest area tented to annually decrease at the average of 0.039 square kilometers in 2002–2007 and at the average of 0.086 square kilometers in 2007–2014. This showed that decreased rate of forest area was increased from destroyed as a consequence of clearing and farming. Most of the area were changed to paddy field and rubber plantation.
