Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare working skills of school administrators in the 21st century of primary schools in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The samples consisted of 202 school administrators and teachers of primary schools in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province. They were selected by Stratified Random Sampling, and percent criterion was used in the sample-size specification. The instrument used in data collection was a five - rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.26 and 0.78, and the reliability of 0.94. The statistics employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test (Independent Samples) and F - test (One - way ANOVA). The results were found that overall working skills of school administrators in the 21st century of primary schools in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province were at the high level. The comparison of working skills of school administrators in the 21st century of primary schools in Muang District, Nakhon Phanom Province classified by status: school administrators and teachers, and classified by school-size: small-sized, medium - sized and large-sized schools were statistically significant different at the .01 level in overall and individual aspects.
