Abstract:
The purposes of the research were to 1) to study the descriptive statistics of personal factors, consumer behaviors, and customer relationship management influencing the decision in continuing the dorm contract, and 2) to study factors affecting reasons of continuing to stay at the dorm. The sample in this research was tenants from 29 dormitories in Moo 7, Don HuaRor District, Muang, Chonburi province. The data were collected from 400 copies of questionnaire. The method used in this research was questionnaire including Rating Scale with Validity and Reliability. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, One-way Anova F-test, Multiple Linear Regression, and SPSS for windows. The result showed that most respondents were females, 21-30 years old, single, employees at private company, 15,000-20,000 baht monthly income. Furthermore, the most aspect to be considered was the safety system. The preferable rent was 1,500-2,500 baht per month. The required facilities for inside and outside the dorm were internet and parking lot. Most respondents found the dorm by themselves. The respondents saw some important aspects in improvement, tenant information, technology, and occasional events held at the dorm. The reasons concerning continuity in staying at the dorm were location close to their workplace, good dorm service, and the owners service mind and empathy.
