Abstract:
The sample group in this study for the Factors effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of ISO/ TS16949: 2009 Quality Management System in Automotive industryincluded 340 companies, which want to be assessed, and certified Quality Management System. The hypothesis are1) Different base factors of Automotive company effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of Quality Management System differently.2) Holistic Marketing factors have an impact on effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of Quality Management System. Result in the first hypothesis, it was found that the different number of employee from base factors of Automotive industry effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of ISO/ TS16949: 2009 Quality Management System differently with a statistical significant of 0.05, and supports the hypothesis. As for different location, duration of business in Thailand and Type of Automotive industry, effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of ISO/ TS16949: 2009Quality Management System in not different with a statistical significant of 0.05, which not support to the hypothesis. Result in the second hypothesis, it was found that Holistic Marketing factor has an impact effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of Quality Management System. Performance marketing has an effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of Quality Management System with a statistical significant of 0.05, which the result support to the hypothesis. Internal Marketing Integrated Marketing Relationship Marketing did not have an effecting the decision making for Certify Body service of Quality Management System with a statistical significant of 0.05, therefore these factors did not support to the hypothesis. The Unstandardized equation can be shown in Ŷ = 2.201 + 0.192X andStandardizedequation can be shown in Ŷ = 0.168X, whileX was Performance Marketingfactor. The suggestion was Certify Body has to emphasize impartiality of the assessment and maintain non-conflict of interest, non-mutual benefit and also consider should be given to increase the number of auditor for Quality management system to support the increasing of automotive cluster in Thailand, which has a lot of audit manday.
