Abstract:
The primary objective of this research, To study the demography and the service behavior of consumers. To determine the level of satisfaction of the marketing mix in the Service Pae Hok Klong 2 Restaurant. To study the relationship between demography characteristics of consumer satisfaction in Pae Hok Klong 2 Restaurant. To study the relationship between the behavior of the consumers and theirs satisfaction with the Service at Pae Hok Klong 2 Restaurant samples used in this study is. Consumer or the service had come to Pae Hok Klong 2 Restaurant. Total of 400 people, the statistics used in the analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and One way ANOVA. The results revealed that most participants were satisfaction of the service is associated with service behavior Pae Hok Klong 2 Restaurant as statistically significant level 0.05
