Abstract: ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นบทบาทที่สำคัญในการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์เป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีงานทำแต่ผลการดำเนินการที่ผ่านมาพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีทักษะความสามารถในวิชาชีพไม่เพียงพอที่จะประกอบอาชีพได้จริง ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจที่จะศึกษาเรื่องนี้โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ จำนวน 49 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 317 คน ผู้บริหารเลือกใช้แบบเจาะจง และครูผู้สอนใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความสามารถในวิชาชีพ ด้านการนิเทศ ด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ 2. คุณภาพผู้เรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านความรู้ตามหลักสูตร อยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านทักษะความสามารถในวิชาชีพ และด้านความพึงพอใจในวิชาชีพ ตามลำดับ 3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร (X) ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียน (Y) ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ ด้านความสามารถ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการนิเทศ และด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการโดยมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายร้อยละ 86.10 (R2 = 86.10) และสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยดังนี้ Y = 1.130 + 0.538(X5) + 0.314(X4) + 0.099(X2) + 0.124(X3) + 0.042(X1) ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยทาให้ทราบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนราชประชานุเคราะห์ มีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่สนับสนุนด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย และคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย เพื่อให้การบริหารส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนดังนั้นผู้บริหารจึงควรสนับสนุนด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มากขึ้นและมุ่งสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้เรียนเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้อย่างเต็มตามศักยภาพ Educational leadership of the administrators of educational institutions played an important role in the management of the school Rajaprajanugroh School is an educational institution with the purpose to providing education to promote employment, but the results of its operation in the past was found that the vocational skills of the students were not sufficient for a real career. Researcher was therefore interested in studying this subject with the purpose to study 1) Educational leadership of the Administrators of Rajaprajanugroh School 2) the students’ quality in Rajaprajanugroh School, and 3) educational leadership of the administrators that affects the students’ quality in Rajaprajanugroh School under the Office of Special Education. The samples used in this research included the administrators of Rajaprajanugroh School with the amount of 49 people and 317 teachers. The administrators used specific random and the teachers used simple random. Tools used in this study was a questionnaire, a five-star rating scale with confidence equal 0.983, statistical methods used to analyze data were percentage, average, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows 1. Educational leadership of the Administrators, in the overall and in each aspect was at high level, academic planning was ranked highest, followed by the ability, supervision, promoting academic atmosphere, management, and the support of teaching and learning, respectively. 2. Quality of the learners, in the overall and in each aspect was at high level, Knowledge of the courses was ranked highest, followed by professional skills and professional satisfaction, respectively. 3. Educational leadership of the administrators (X) that affected the quality of the students (Y) was the promoting academic atmosphere, ability, administration, supervision, and academic planning with the effective prediction 86.10 percent (R2 = 86.10) and the equation of regression analysis was as follows:  Y = 1.130 + 0.538(X5) + 0.314(X4) + 0.099(X2) + 0.124(X3) + 0.042(X1). The results of the research showed that the administrators of Rajaprajanugroh School had educational leadership at a high level, but the support for teaching and learning was at the end and the quality of the students according to the course was at the high level but the students’ satisfaction with the education for employment was at the end to affect the quality of the learners so that the administrators should encourage teachers to the teaching and learning more with the aim to generate satisfaction to the learners to achieve their full learning potential.
