Abstract:
This research aimed to study 1) Aattitudes toward for O-net Examination Aamong Ssenior Hhigh Sschool Sstudents in Ppublic sSchools, Muang District, Suratthani;, 2) Rreadiness for O-net Examination Aamong Ssenior hHigh Sschool sStudents in pPublic Sschool, Muang District, Suratthani; and 3) tThe factors that affecting for O-net Examination taking Aamong Ssenior Hhigh Sschool Sstudents in Ppublic Sschools, Muang District, Suratthani.
The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The study samples composed of 400 personalspeople. The results were compared and analyzed with descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, standard deviation and likert scale) and inferential statistics (t-test, f-test and Least Significant Difference; LSD) with statistically significancet at 0.05.
The students readiness for O-net Examination was found at high level (mean = 3.74). Investigation was made on the four categories: emotional (mean = 3.92), environmental atmosphere (mean = 3.87), physical readiness (mean = 3.74) and intelligence intellectual readiness (mean = 3.44) respectively. The personal-related factors showed statistically significant difference of sex, age and grade point average (GPA). Both Aattitudes toward for O-net Examination (knowledge, feeling and behavior) was , and motivation (internal and external) which were found at high level (mean = 3.65) and motivation (internal and external) (mean = and 3.63, respectively) affected the readiness at showed statistically significant difference that statistically significant at of 0.05.
