Factors Affecting On Teachers Teamwork In The School Network Center For Educational Develoment Region 12 Under The Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study the factors affecting on teachers teamwork to management performance in School Network Center for Quality Educational Development Center Region 12, Nakhonrratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7. The population consisted of 173 persons. Research tool was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with confidential level of 0.817, then data analysis through percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings were as follows:
1. The population consisted of 80 males (46.20%), 93 females (53.80%), aged less than 41 years old = 15 persons (8.70%), over 41 years old = 158 persons (91.30%). Hold Bachelors degree = 152 persons (87.90%), higher than Bachelors degree = 21 persons (12.10%).
2. The factors affecting on teachers teamwork in the School Network Center for Educational Development Region 12 under the Office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7 were in high level as a whole and as aspect (µ = 4.16) and classified by factors were found that; the differences between individuals (µ = 4.02) avoid conflicts (µ = 3. 93) and the principle of teamwork (µ = 3.83), respectively.
3. Suggestions about the factors that could contribute to teamwork:
3.1 Should find the ways how to create human beings, a good part of his efforts, and overlook little of problem, which would be good for the relations between teamwork.
3.2 The executive should assign or set workloads at the same or similar. The executive should be sure that the assignment to be a part of it. However, about the policy, work relating to the confidentiality of the organization, work on the individual achievement,
or disciplinary action. The executive should do it by himself/herself.
3.3 Should not blame on an error, should discuss the development and improvement with the softness.
