Internal Supervision In The School Network Center For Educational Develoment Region 12 Under The Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the opinion of teachers concerning the internal supervision in the School Network Center for Educational Development Region 12 under the Office of Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 7 according to gender, age, and educational level. The populations were 173 teachers from 15 schools. The sample group consisted of 118 persons by using Krejcie; & Morgans table. Research tool was a questionnaire with confidential level of 0.973. Data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research results were as follows:
1. Classified by gender were female 67 persons (58.80%), male 51 persons (43.20%); aged over 41 years old were 101 persons (85.60%), less than 41 years old were 17 persons (14.40%); hold Bachelors degree 104 persons (88.10%), higher than Bachelors degree 14 persons (11.9%).
2. The internal supervision in the school network center was in high level as a whole ( = 3.85), when classified each aspect was also found in high level, as follows: the planning and supervision aspect ( = 3.92), the development and corrected aspect
( = 3.89), the internal supervision aspect ( =3.83), the needs assessment of the school aspect ( = 3.83), and the evaluate the supervision aspect ( = 3.80), respectively.
3. Comparison the internal supervision in the school network center, classified by gender, age, and educational level, were not significant different either as a whole or each aspect.
