Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study the Parents Satisfaction with Educational Administration of Chiang Rai International Christian School based on 5 tasks of educational administration on Academic administration, Administrative Management (Finance), Personnel management, Students activities management, and Community management. The research tool was questionnaire. The sample consisted of 100 parents of students at Chiang Rai International Christian School. The statistical used in this data analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation, and percentage.
The study found that parents who most participated in this questionnaire are female 76.0 percent and male 24.0 percent. Most parents who participated are age between 41-50 with percentage of 44, and parents at age 51-60 with percentage of 33 as second rank. The nationalities of parents are foreigner 64.0 percent and Thai parent 36.0 percent as second rank. Most education background of parents was Masters degree educational level 57.0 percent, and Bachelors degree educational level 22.0 percent as second rank. Most parents have average monthly income more than 30,001 baht per family 66.0 percent, and parents have average monthly income between 25,001-30,000 baht per family 19.0 percent as second rank. Most parents have occupation as missionary/pastor 65.0 percent, and parents have occupation as private business 16.0 percent as second rank. Most parents have years of child that has been with school between 1-5 years 62.0 percent, and parents have years of child that has been with school between 6-10 years 25.0 percent.
The result of this research found that parents of students overall satisfaction toward educational administration of Chiang Rai International Christian School was at high level in all aspects with average score 4.32. The parents ranked high level of satisfaction on Community management with average score 4.40, Administrative management (finance) ranked as second with average score 4.39, Academic administration with average score 4.35, Personnel management with average score 4.28, and Students activities management with average score 4.18 respectively.
