Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงการจัดการคลังสินค้าของห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ผลไสวมินิมาร์ท เพื่อทราบถึงปัญหาที่แท้จริงของคลังสินค้าและแนวทางการปรับปรุงแก้ไขและเพื่อพัฒนาผังการจัดเก็บและระบุตำแหน่งการจัดเก็บให้ชัดเจน เริ่มต้นการศึกษาปัญหาในคลังสินค้าจากการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าของกิจการ พนักงาน และสังเกตการณ์ ทำให้ทราบถึงปัญหา (1) ธุรกิจค้าปลีกขาดการจัดไม่มีการจัดทำระบบสินค้าคงคลัง (2) การจัดสินค้าไม่เป็นหมวดหมู่ (3) สินค้าในคลังมีจำนวนมากเกินไป (4) หาสินค้าไม่พบ (5) พนักงานขาดความรู้ในเรื่องคลังสินค้า (6) จำนวนของเสียมีมาก ปัญหาหลักของคลังสินค้า คือ จำนวนสินค้าคงคลังมากเกินไป เมื่อได้ปัญหาหลักของคลังสินค้าแล้ว ก็จะนำมาซึ่งเหตุและผล จึงต้องหาสาเหตุของปัญหาโดยใช้ทฤษฎีและแนวคิดเรื่องแผนผังแสดงเหตุและผล (Cause and effect diagram) โดยสาเหตุนั้นได้วิเคราะห์จาก 4 M คือ 1. MAN ขาดความเข้าใจในการบริหาร พนักงานขาดความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการพยากรณ์สินค้า 2. MACHINE ร้านค้าไม่มีระบบการเช็คสต็อกสินค้า โดยใช้การเช็คสินค้าจากประสบการณ์ของพนักงานซึ่งมีคนเดียวที่สามารถจำสินค้าในร้านได้ทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการสั่งสินค้า 3. MATERIAL ขาดอุปกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากสินค้าบางประเภทที่อยู่ในคลังสินค้ามีมากเกินไป อัตราการ Movement ที่ช้า ทำให้สินค้าหมดอายุ 4. METHODS การจัดเก็บสินค้าไม่เป็นระบบโดยการบันทึกข้อมูลลงในสมุด ร้านค้าปลีกไม่ได้มีการแยกจำแนกประเภทในการจัดคลังสินค้า วิธีการรับสินค้าโดยไม่ได้ทำการจัดเก็บ หรือทำข้อมูล ทำให้การเช็คสต็อกผิดพลาด ขึ้น จากปัญหาปัญหาข้างต้นจึงแก้ไขปัญหา โดยการใช้ทฤษฎี ABC Analysis ในการลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้า สินค้าในธุรกิจมีทั้ง 5 หมวด คือ (1) เครื่องดื่มและอาหารแห้ง (2) .สินค้าอุปโภคในครัวเรือน (3) สินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนบุคคล (4) เครื่องสำอางและ อาหารเสริม (5) สินค้าแม่และเด็ก ในที่นี้ได้เลือก สินค้าในหมวดเครื่องดื่มและอาหารแห้ง เช่น ซอสปรุงรส น้ำมันพืช น้ำตาล อาหารกระป๋อง บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป เป็นต้น เนื่องจากสินค้าในหมวดนี้มีปริมาณสินค้าคงคลังจำนวนมาก ทั้งยังจัดสินค้าไม่เป็นระบบ มีของเสียจำนวนมาก เป็นสินค้าขายดีเพราะร้านค้าอย่ในแหล่งชุมชน ติดกับตลาดสด และจากการสังเกตแล้วสินค้าในหมวดนี้ต้องมีการจัดสินค้าขึ้นชั้นทุกวันแสดงถึงการหมุนเวียนสินค้าสูง ทางศึกษาจึงมีความเห็นว่าสินค้าในหมวดเครื่องดื่มและอาหารแห้งเหมาะสมที่จะนำมาเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ และนำข้อมูลจากการใช้ทฤษฎี ABC Analysis จัดลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้า มาออกแบบแผนผนังการจัดเก็บใหม่ ระบุบตำปหน่งการจัดเก็บได้ชัดเจน ผลการศึกษา จากการจักลำดับความสำคัญของรายการสินค้าตามระบบ ABC Analysis ทำให้ทราบถึงกลุ่มสินค้าที่มีความสำคัญแตกต่างกัน และมีปริมาณการใช้ที่แตกต่างกัน ดังนี้ กลุ่ม A 7 รายการ มีมูลค่า 2,719,769 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62 ของมูลค่าสินค้าทั้งหมด กลุ่ม B 9 รายการ มีมูลค่า 1,140,629 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26 ของมูลค่าสินค้าทั้งหมด กลุ่ม C 11 รายการ มีมูลค่า 526,555 บาท คิดเป็นร้อย 12 ของมูลค่าสินค้าทั้งหมด หลังจากมีการจัดคลังใหม่ทำให้ของเสียลดลง ลดลงเหลือ คิดเป็นมูลค่าของเสีย 45,861 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.05 ของมูลค้าสินค้าทั้งหมด หรือลดลงถึงร้อยละ 1.2 และระยะเวลาในการค้นหาสินค้าจนสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าของพนักงานลดลงเฉลี่ย 6 นาที และการหาสินค้าของลูกค้าจนถึงการชำระเงินระยะเวลาลดลงเฉลี่ย 4 นาที

MAN a lack of understanding on the management, employee lack of understanding in the item. 2. MACHINE a store does not have a system to check stock, check out the goods from the warehouse by using the experience of the employees, which are the only ones that can remember the item causes an error in the order. 3. MATERIAL lack efficient because certain goods are in the warehouse there too. A slow Movement rate. Make the items expire. 4. METHODS storage is not a system by logging into the book. Retailers do not have a separate classification in organizing the warehouse. How to get the goods without storing the data or make cheque stock issue error problem above, thus fixing the problem by using ABC Analysis theory in the priority of the item in the business have all 5 categories, namely (1) Beverage and food dry. (2) Consumer goods in households. (3) Personal products, cosmetics and dietary supplements. (4) Cosmetics & food supplements (5) Mothers and children. In this case I have chosen. Food and beverage products such as sauces, dry sugar cooking oil, canned food, instant noodles, etc, because products in this category, there are a whole lot of inventory quantities, the goods do not have a system. Next to the market and from observations, then the products in this category must have held onto a layer every day represents a high item turnover. Way, it is of the opinion that food and beverage products, dry, suitable to be used as a sample in this study and the information from the ABC Analysis theory using the prioritization of product design plans for new storage wall.
