Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระฉบับนี้ มุ่งศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์แผนผังสายธารคุณค่า กรณีศึกษา บริษัท AAA จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการและความสูญเปล่าที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ซึ่งจากการศึกษาพบว่า ในกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน มีทั้งหมด 17 กิจกรรม และมีระยะเวลาทั้งหมด 715.30 นาที ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่เกิดคุณค่าเพิ่ม 9 กิจกรรม ใช้เวลาเฉลี่ย 385.46 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.92 ของกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด กิจกรรมที่ไม่เกิดคุณค่าเพิ่ม 3 กิจกรรม ใช้เวลาเฉลี่ย 150.30 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.03 ของกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด และกิจกรรมที่จำเป็นแต่ไม่เกิดคุณค่าเพิ่ม 5 กิจกรรม ใช้เวลาเฉลี่ย 179.14 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.05 ของกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด จากการวิเคราะห์แผนผังสายธารคุณค่าร่วมกับหลักการ ECRS ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน สามารถปรับลดเวลาในกระบวนการผลิตรวมได้ โดยการตัดกิจกรรมการเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (11.33 นาที) และกิจกรรมการขนย้ายแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีต (72.07 นาที) ออก ลดเวลาจากกินกรรมการตีไม้แบบลง 37.43 นาที และเพิ่มเวลากิจกรรมการทำความสะอาดและเก็บวัสดุอุปกรณ์ขึ้น 5.54 นาที และกิจกรรมการขนย้ายแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตขึ้น 10.33 นาที จากการเปรียบเทียบแผนผังสายธารคุณค่าในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันและในสถานการณ์อนาคตของกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้ โดยวิเคราะห์ต่อ 1 รอบการผลิต จะเห็นได้ว่าในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน บริษัท AAA จำกัด สามารถผลิตได้ 15.00 ตารางเมตร หรือ 60 แผ่นต่อ 1 รอบการผลิต โดยใช้เวลา 715.30 นาที และเมื่อทำการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตแล้ว สามารถลดเวลาที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตได้ 104.56 นาที คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.67 ต่อ 1 รอบการผลิต ทำให้เวลาที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตลดลงเหลือ 610.34 นาที ส่งผลให้บริษัท AAA จำกัด สามารถขยายปริมาณการผลิตสินค้า (Lot Size) ได้เป็น 17.50 ตารางเมตร หรือ 70 แผ่นต่อ 1 รอบการผลิต (เนื่องจากกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้เป็นงานที่ต้องทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่สามารถหยุดระหว่างการผลิตได้ จึงไม่สามารถขึ้นรอบการผลิตใหม่ในระหว่างวันได้ ผู้ศึกษาจึงใช้การขยายปริมาณการผลิตสินค้าเพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้ใช้เวลาเท่าเดิม คือ 715.30 นาที) ซึ่งบริษัท AAA จำกัด จะมีรอบการผลิตโดยประมาณ 200 รอบต่อปี โดยบริษัทจะขายสินค้าในราคาตารางเมตรละ 600 บาท ทำให้บริษัท AAA จำกัด มีรายได้จากการจำหน่ายแผ่นพื้นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปลายไม้จากเดิม 1,800,000 บาท เป็น 2,100,000 บาท เพิ่มขึ้น 300,000 บาทต่อปี หรือเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 16.67 ต่อปี

Abstract: The independent study is focused on a study about improving prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs process efficiency using a value stream mapping analysis: a case study of AAA Company limited. The objective is to study production processes and eliminate waste for improving prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs process efficiency. Then, the result showed that the actual production process include 17 activities in 715.30 minutes. The process can be categorized into 3 groups. (1) The process is the value added activities which consisted of 9 activities in 385.46 minutes with a contribution of 53.92% of the production process. (2) The process is the non-value added activities which consisted of 3 activities in 150.30 minutes with a contribution of 21.03% of the production process. (3) The process is the necessary but non-value added activities which consisted of 5 activities in 179.14 minutes with a contribution 25.05 of the production process. The analysis of value stream mapping and ECRS concept were able to decrease production time by deleting preparation material activities (11.33 minutes) and moving prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs activities (72.07 minutes). And reduced the time of made the wooden frame activities 37.43 minutes. Including, added the time of cleaning and storage equipment activities 5.54 minutes and moving prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs activities 10.33 minutes. By comparison, prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs production process using a value stream mapping of the current state and the future state analyze for one batch, AAA Company limited can produce 15.00 square meters or 60 pieces per one batch in 715.30 minutes. After improved the production process, it can reduce the time of production process 104.56 minutes or 14.67% per one batch. It’s meant the production time was reduced to 610.34 minutes and AAA Company limited can produce prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs up to 17.50 square meters or 70 pieces per one batch (Expand lot size). AAA company limited has 200 batch per year and sells prefabricated wood forms concrete slabs is 600 Baht per square meters, with the income increase from 1,800,000 Baht to 2,100,000 Baht per year, which means that AAA company limited receives an additional income of 300,000 Baht per year or 16.67%
