Abstract:
This research study on supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education aims, 1) to design the supply chain management-information system model for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education, 2) to evaluate the supply chain management-information system model for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education, 3) to develop the supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education, 4) to study the efficiency development of supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualifications framework for higher Education, and 5) to evaluate the curriculum management results of supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education. A group of users of supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education namely, with 70 subjects: 30 lectures, 10 students in fashion design, 10 students in home economics education, and 10 student in pattern and garment technology of the faculty of home economics technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep and 10 entrepreneurs. The research instruments were 1) Evaluation forms to assess appropriateness of the model, 2) Evaluation forms to assess of the efficiency evaluation, and 3) Evaluation forms to assess of the curriculum management results. Statistics employed for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The research procedures included 5 phases: 1) to design the supply chain management-information system model for curriculum management based on national qualifications framework for higher education, comprises four main components, namely, Suppliers, University (Manufacturer), Education Customers, and Consumers. 2) to evaluate the supply chain management-information system model for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education, The evaluation of appropriateness for sub-components were as follows: 1) sub-components of the Supplier; 2) sub-components of the University; 3) sub-components of the Education Customers 4) sub-components of the Consumer. The evaluation result the supply chain management-information system operation, shows the overall rating mean of 4.14 with standard deviation of 1.00; 3) to develop the supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualification framework for higher education. The System Development Life Cycle method was used for the system development. This system was separated into 4 groups 1) Administrator main menu 2) Student home menu 3) Lectures home menu 4) Entrepreneurs home menu 4) to study the efficiency development of supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualifications framework for higher Education. The Black Box Testing evaluation included tests as follows: 1) System Requirement Test; 2) System Requirement Test; 3) Usability Test; 4) Security Test, shows the average score was 8.63 out of 10 scale; and 5) to evaluate the curriculum management result of supply chain management-information system for curriculum management based on national qualifications framework for higher education, comprised 11 activities, namely, activities of suppliers, activities of university (Manufacturer), activities of education customers and activities of consumer. The curriculum management result of experts revealed overall opinions at a good level. (X¯= 4.01 ,S.D.= 0.52).
