Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to investigate 1) the level of administration factors of
schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) their level of effectiveness,
and 3) the relationship between the administration factors and their effectiveness.
The 310 research samples chosen by stratified-systematic random sampling were those of
academic year 2014 and could be classified as school directors, assistant directors and teachers
working under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. A 5-rating-scale
questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistics included Percentage, Mean, Standard
Deviation, and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results showed that both administration factors of schools and their effectiveness
were at a high level for overall and individual aspects. It was also found that the relationship
between both of them was high at statistically significant difference 0.01.
