Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study level of need for achievement motivation, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior of support staff in university. 2) to study the relationship between need for achievement motivation and organizational citizenship behavior of support staff in university 3) to study the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior of support staff in university 4) to predict organizational citizenship behavior of support staff in university with need for achievement motivation and perceived organizational support. The samples used in the study were 327 support staff from 2 universities. Data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
