Internal Supervision in school network for Educational Development region 8, 9 and 10 under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary educational service area 3
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .877 confident. The samples were 159 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test.
Findings revealed that;
1. Overall internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a moderate level ( = 3.40). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was instructional management ( = 3.72), the lower average were personnel development ( = 3.36), teaching evaluation ( = 3.33), while the lowest average was curriculum and use of curriculum ( = 3.19).
2. Based on comparing internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and work experience had no significant difference on overall opinion.
