Satisfaction in Job performance of Teachers in school the network for Educational quality Development region 3 under the office of Ubon Ratchathani primary Educational service area 2
Abstract:
The purpose of this research aimed to study satisfaction in job performance of teachers in School The Network for Educational Quality Development Region 3 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population included 92 teachers in School The Network for Educational Quality Development Region 3 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2. Questionnaire was used as a research tool which had a reliability of .93, Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
Findings revealed that;
Overall, tsatisfaction in job performance of teachers in School The Network for Educational Quality Development Region 3 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level (µ= 4.14). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all 3 aspects were at high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average: organizational commitment (µ= 4.19), job satisfaction (µ= 4.16), while the lowest average was justice (µ= 4.08).
