Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานสอบสวนของนายตำรวจฝึกงานที่เป็นนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจรุ่นที่ 54 ที่ฝึกการปฏิบัติงานในสถานีตำรวจนครบาล เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานสอบสวนของนายตำรวจฝึกงานที่เป็นนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเพิ่มพูนศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานสอบสวนของนายตำรวจฝึกงานดังกล่าว โดยทำการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลและประเมินผลอย่างเป็นระบบโดยใช้เทคนิควิจัยทั้งในเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) จำนวน 153 ชุดกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา และเทคนิควิจัยภาคสนาม (Social Survey) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลในเชิงคุณภาพโดยเลือกใช้วิธี การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข่าวสำคัญ (Key Informants) จำนวน 10 คน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณเมื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แล้วจะนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (Mean) และทำการพิสูจน์ สมมติฐาน โดยพิจารณาจากความเป็นอิสระระหว่างตัวแปรโดยใช้การทดสอบค่า Chi-Square ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และหาค่า GAMMA เพื่อดูทิศทางของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรทั้งสอง และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรดังต่อไปนี้ ได้แก่ อายุ สายการจบการศึกษา ระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ย ทักษะในการฝึกสอนของนายตำรวจผู้ฝึกสอน การดูแลเอาใจใส่ของนายตำรวจผู้ฝึกสอน และปริมาณงานในสถานีตำรวจนครบาลที่สำหรับเป็นที่ฝึกงานของนายตำรวจฝึกงานที่เป็นนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจรุ่นที่ 54 มีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของนายตำรวจฝึกงานที่เป็นนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจรุ่นที่ 54

Abstract: The objective of this research was to study about the potential among metropolitan police trainee in the investigation procedure of the police cadet class 54 for knowing the problems and obstacles during the rain in the investigation procedure of the metropolitan police trainee of police cadet class 54 and gave recommendation to improve the operation about this. The researcher collected data and evaluated in systematic by using the quantitative research method by distributing 153 questionnaires with the population sampling and used the anthropological field research method to collect the qualitative data by using in-depth interview with 10 key informants. For the quantitative data, the researcher analyzed data by using statistic method with frequency, percentage, mean and proved the hypothesizes by using chi-square with a significant level at 0.05 and using GAMMA value to find the direction of relation between two variables and analyzed the qualitative data by content analysis. The research found that, age, linear of education, level of grade, skill in training of the trainer, the take care of the trainner and quantity of cases in the police office are related with the efficiency of the police trainee.
