Abstract:
This study aims to study the assessment of NGV user satisfaction towards NGV service stations in Bangkok Metropolis, a case study of PTT Public Company Limited. The researcher collected the data from the samples of 200 sets. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean and standard deviation.
Regard the satisfaction of the samples towards the marketing mix of PTT service stations in Bangkok Metropolis. The highest was price, followed by product and service, physical characteristic of service station, employee or personnel, distribution channel, service process, and marketing promotion, respectively
