Abstract:
The objective of this Independent study was to develop the staffs working
performance evaluation system for Faculty of Sciences and Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University
of Technology Isan. The Oracle database managing system and PHP programming language were
used to develop the systems. The evaluation of the system efficiency and satisfaction were also
evaluated by selected experts, and staffs of the Information and Communication Technology
Department and Deans Office of Sciences and Liberal Art Faculty, Rajamangala University of
Technology Isan. The descriptive statistical tools including mean and standard deviation were
employed to determine the degree of users satisfaction.
The result of this study indicated that the experts satistaction level in terms of
requirements, capability and accuracy, usage and time of processing was rated in a good level
with an average value of 4.15, 4.13, 4.10, 4.00 and 3.90 respectively. Besides, the staffs
satisfaction level in terms of accuracy, usage, requirements and security was rated in a good level
with an average value of 4.05, 4.01, 4.19 and 3.67 respectively. Therefor the staffs working
performance evaluation system could be used properly in terms of data processing, searching,
querying and recalling.
