Abstract:
This independent study was aimed to develop field training management system for
undergraduate students in Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of
Technology Isan, Surin Campus in order to evaluate the efficiency of the system and satisfaction
for users. The system was developed under the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In
addition, PHP language and MySQL database management were operated on Windows XP
server. The system divided users into four groups; they were training teachers, undergraduate
students, establishments and administrators. The Black Box Testing Technique was used for the
system testing, which justified into five areas as following; a functional requirement test,
a function test, a usability test, a performance test and a security test. The efficiency of system
was evaluated by three experts through five rating scales of questionnaires. It was found that the
overall of the system testing was indicated at the high level. The satisfaction of users was also
tested by 16 teachers, 227 undergraduate students, 35 establishments and 2 administrators.
The results showed that administrators had overall satisfaction at the highest level, while training
teachers, undergraduate students and establishments had overall satisfaction at high level. In
conclusion, the system could be effectively used and relevant to the users.
