The Operational problems of the Students Support system of schools in Muang district under the office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational service area 1
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the operation problems of student support systems of schools in Muang district under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education Service Area 1, and to compare the performance of teachers in the operations of students support systems of school in Muang District under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education Service Area 1, by an operational experience. The samples consisted 265 teachers in Muang district under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Education at Service Area 1. A questionire concerning the students support system of the schools in Muang district, Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 which had a reliability of 0.98 was used as an instrument for collecting data. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, Arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test
The findings of the study revealed that:
1. The operation problems of the students support system of the schools in Muang district under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 as a whole were at a moderate level ( = 3.49). Considering each aspect found as follows: the promotion and development of students ( =3.55), for the screening of students ( = 3.52), the knowing individual students ( = 3.51), the protecting and solving the students problems ( =3.46), and transferring ( =3.44), respectively.
2. A comparison of the operation problems of the students support system of the schools in Muang district under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 according to their operational experiences found that teachers who had experienced in performing different tasks had different opinions statistically significance at .05 level, teachers with less experience had opinions on the operation problems more than teachers who had more experience.
