The SPSS finished program was used for data analysis and evaluation of the collected figures frequency, percentages, means, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this research showed that the QWL both overall and each dimension have a moderate level. constitutionalism (3.41), work life balance (3.40), safe and healthy environment (3.35), development of human capacities (3.32) growth and security (3.27) and adequate and fair compensation (3.04)respectively. Differences based on gender and age were not found to have differences in QWL. Otherwise, differences based on educational level, tenure, type, forms of business entities and size of business led to differences in QWLof their employees. Suggestions to improve QWL of employees should focus on adequate and fair compensation firstly because this factor showed lowest mean value and then focus on other factors according to the ranking.
The education level and tenure of employees as well as the nature of business should be taken into primary consideration when improvements on the QWL of the employees are to be achieved.
